The latest event décor design trends

From thinking cleverly about the flooring design, to how you’ll dress the tables for a sit down meal. Read the whole article by Katie Kennedy, over at Event Manager Blog.
How to youthfully market
We’re always told that the population in the UK is ageing – but that does also mean that the workforce with spending power is getting younger so it’s imperative, now more than ever, for brands to take a youthful approach to their marketing efforts.
This week Event Magazine takes at ‘Urban Nerds Collective’, a marketing agency that evolved out of the clubbing movement. Its founder, Luke Hodson made Forbes magazine’s 30 under 30 Europe list last year (2016). The video is an incredibly interesting watch and might give you an idea or two!

Use your feedback to grow
No one likes to hear negative feedback about their event. But, it’s important that if you do receive criticisms to take them on board and see how you can use them to make your event grow and become better.
First of all it’s important to ensure that you have the programs in place to actually be able to collate feedback about your event. One easy way is to send out a post-event survey and make sure that you include all the right questions. You then need to figure out how to respond, does the feedback need to be actioned right away or taken into account when planning your next event. Find the full guide here.
