Celebrating Halloween in style the Scarlett Entertainment team went all out with terrifying costumes, creative pumpkin carving and a trick or treat game that was not for the faint hearted. 

Arriving at the Newton Abbot office dressed as ghost busters, witches and ghouls the Scarlett Entertainment team gave onlookers a serious fright! With team members going the extra mile to be creative, the Halloween costume competition was a tough contest to call.

Winning the costume competition, Kat Martin dressed as Cruella Deadvil with bloody puppy paw prints over her arms, blood running down her cheeks and that infamous black and white hair ! Closely followed by runner up Kat Gilmour who dressed as the terrifying character from horror movie The Ring.

After winning the Scarlett costume competition, Entertainment Co-ordinator Kat said:

“I never expected to win the competition, especially seeing how creative everyone else had been with their costumes! It was such a fun day and was so great to see everyone really making the effort to be scary for Halloween”

Amongst the other creative Halloween costumes was Entertainment Co-ordintator Kate Fowler who in true pop culture style dressed as Taylor Swift’s dead reputation from the pop star’s latest music video ‘Look What You Made Me Do’. Content Creator Tom Drakett even went as far as wearing a carved pumpkin on his head!

With outstanding pumpkins lined up next to each other and staff from our remote offices joining in over email, it was another close call when it came to judging the best pumpkin! With a four vote margin between first and second place, Head of Productions Daniela Forbes took home the win for her creative pumpkin that featured gems, a terrifying smile and rose veil.

Taking second place, was our Halloween queen and costume winner Kat Martin who showed incredible carving skills as she displayed her whopper of a pumpkin chomping down on a smaller pumpkin.

 

Having planned the Halloween party and decorated the office, Visual Content Editor Ludovic Martinet and Assistant Sales Manager Lydia Ward teamed up with the help of Social Media and Digital Marketing Apprentice Samuel Whittington to create a Halloween staff party to remember.
