Hundreds of Visitors Enjoy an Authentic Bavarian Experience at Disney Epcot

Jodelqueen Margret Almer & The Bavarian Band were seen performing on the outdoor open-air German stage in Epcot, Florida (USA). During five days per week over the summer, the yodel queen - well-known for her incredible vocal strength - delighted those who chose Epcot as their destination for a family vacation.Â
The theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort is known for celebrating different cultures by choosing acts from around the world to perform at its different pavilions. Our Senior Account Manager for North America Diahann Hall already had Margret and her band in mind when Epcot expressed their interest in having a Bavarian band performing at the park's German stage.Â
Opting for this famous German singer and yodeller, Margret Almer teamed up with two renowned Bavarian musicians to create an authentic German entertainment experience and yodelling act that families visiting the park during summer 2019 enjoyed.

Acompanied by an accordionist and guitarist, Margret delighted both children and their parents, who didn’t hesitate to make a stop at the Epcot German stage to enjoy our Bavarian band’s performance.Â
Wearing authentic German costumes, our Bavarian musicians offered a fantastic cultural performance that brought a European feel to the Florida theme park. Our very own Diahann and her dog Piper joined those gathered at Epcot to enjoy Margret and her band’s show!Â
Over the course of the summer, hundreds of families were taken on a journey to the Bavarian alpine upland with Margaret’s yodelling. Captivating listeners with her clear, sustained, undulating notes, our singer and Bavarian band became the hit of the summer among Epcot visitors!
