- Couples will need to bring with them a their valid 10-year passport which expires more than 6 months after the date of your return
At least 24 hours before your wedding day you will need to apply for a New York marriage license. This is a very simple process, which you can complete as a couple together. You must both apply in person to the New York City Clerk’s Office, Marriage License Bureau at 141 Worth Street, New York City. You need to have at least 24 hours grace period from obtaining your license before your wedding day.
