Cliveden House (London, England)

This magnificent Victorian three-storey mansion hit headlines all over the world when it was announced that Meghan Markle stayed there before her wedding to Prince Harry. A popular UK wedding venue among locals and international couples given its history and proximity to London, Cliveden House recently featured on Channel 4’s ‘A Very British Country House’. 


Taking the Dukes of Sussex’ wedding as a point of reference, the TV show referred to it as ‘a playground for the aristocracy and the super-rich’. A very accurate description considering the building’s past inhabitants and undoubtedly, the perfect place to tie the knot if you’re dreaming with a royal-style wedding.
