Free-runners help CEO on to the stage
Our team of performers recently created a striking opening ceremony for a corporate event in Scottsdale, Arizona at The Hyatt Regency. The hotel which is located in downtown Phoenix has everything you need from 50,000 square foot of flexible meeting rooms with advanced audiovisual support to an impressive revolving restaurant and lounge.
Scarlett Entertainment’s Parkour And Freerunning Team sprinted into the corporate event first thing in the morning to symbolise agile leadership while energising leaders, managers and executives at the leadership summit.
In the run-up to the event, our artists pre-recorded a 'live feed' of themselves flipping and swinging into the conference. The producers at the event used this to start the conference, and as our artists in the video opened the front door of the conference, they burst into the event in real-time to reveal the first keynote speaker and CEO. The reveal was spectacular with the CEO swinging in from stage left and into the spotlight.

The Parkour And Freerunning Team recorded themselves standing at the highest point of the hotel, jumping off the top of the hotel roof, running through grounds and the lobby and blended this into a 1.5-minute opening video that incorporated live performance.
Diahann Hall, Account Manager for North America, commented on the event
“Exhilarating is not even the word for this act! It is a powerful act for opening sessions, and it was fantastic to know the people involved in the event were on board with this idea, everybody from the event planners and production staff to the keynote speakers and CEO.”
Scarlett Entertainment has created hundreds of CEO and keynote speaker reveals in the past and we try to use different entertainment options to make each event unique.
